I’ve been going through blogs like fuckyeahchubbygirls and heyfatchick,
and, dont get me wrong, i love that these things exist, i like thinking that theres someone out there who doesnt think im disgusting, but honestly, why are 90% of the pictures semi-pornographic?
Okay, your big. So am i, im probably bigger than you. But everyone can tell this when you have clothes on, you dont need to show us your boobs to prove it.
I think its this kinda thing that has lead to the ‘fat chicks are easy’ thing going round, and some of us might be, but for us that arent, we honestly dont want to get tarred with the same brush.
I dont care if you dont get rid of all of them, but at least balance it out a bit.
This was posted a couple of weeks and I only just found it.
First of all, there are loads of people who don’t think you’re disgusting. Thousands of them. And these people also think you are gorgeous. Ever since I started flying the fat flag, I have discovered many, many people who are down with chub.
I’m sorry for all the boobs and bums. There are a few reasons for this:
1) I’m obsessed with Crystal Renn and she won’t stop taking her clothes off;
2) I’m a bit of a perve and I really like looking at pictures of nude and semi-nude fat girls; and
3) It is really, really hard to find flattering pictures of clothed big girls.Number 3 drives me crazy. There aren’t that many famous fatties, but I do make an effort to post pictures of those that do exist. I never see pictures of fat socialiates or clubbers, which is where fuckyeahskinnybitch seems to get a lot of her photos. There aren’t too many successful plus sized models (though I am discovering there are more than I originally thought) - Crystal Renn is the most successful, and like I said, the girl can’t keep her clothes on.
So your point is valid (though I don’t equate nudity with pornography); I just want you to be aware that I’m not choosing to post nekkid fat girl pictures instead of clothed fat girl pictures.
Lastly, I very much doubt it is due to sites like mine that there is a view that “Fat chicks are easy”. I think it is due to arseholes like this, who view fat people so poorly that they think big girls should feel privileged whenever a man shows them any attention. I also think it is due to some big girls having such low self-esteem that they feel they should take up any offer a man gives them, because beggars can’t be choosers and they should take what they can get.
Which is exactly why I created my tumblr. I wanted to have a place that showed fat women that they are truly beautiful, inside and out. That, both in and out of clothes, they are sexy and inspiring and strong and just so fucking beautiful. If fat women could see this in themselves, then maybe they wouldn’t give their bodies to anyone who asked; maybe then they would have to confidence to reject the man (or woman) who disrespects them.
I personally like that you post tasteful pictures of women without much/any clothing about as much as you also come across pictures of women with clothing.
First, its just these kinds of sexy and positive images that we need to be seeing. It’s normalizing - the rest of the web is filled with pictures of smaller women in similar shots.
My second and more personal point of view is that women are obsessed with studying other womens’ bodies and seeing the differences and similarities with our own - let’s not lie. I find it incredibly fascinating to get a better picture of the variations in the female form sans push up bras and body shapers, etc.
Can we all just agree that fat chicks are hawt?
